Elisha Cuthbert finds a buyer for her LA home

Canadian actress Elisha Cuthbert – now Back in the spotlight After a four-year absence to play the role of her life, she has found a buyer for her Los Angeles home, which was last asking $2 million.

The storybook residence, a traditional house built in 1936, is located just up the hill from the Chateau Marmont, the legendary hotel in West Hollywood.

The residence, which was asking $2.34 million last March, was relisted for $2.09 million on June 25 — and a buyer was found on July 2, when the property was listed as “conditional.” This means that the seller has accepted the offer, but conditions must still be met before the home closes.

Cuthbert bought the spread for $1.64 million in 2005 — long before her 2013 marriage to retired NFL star Dion Phaneuf 13 years earlier, on July 6, 2013, in Prince Edward Island, Canada.

Cuthbert, who made her name as Kiefer Sutherland’s daughter on the hit show “24” in 2001, now stars in the TV series “24.” Prime Video’s new series “Every Year After”.

Her return to acting comes after four years during which she focused on her role as a 24/7 mother to the two children she shares with Phaneuf: daughter Zephyr, born in 2017, and son Fable, born in 2022.

Once both kids are enrolled in school, it’s time for the “Girl Next Door” star to get back to work.

“I feel like I have the space and the energy and the heart to let go and do this,” Cuthbert said recently.

“I realized I worked all four years through our first child and it was really hard to separate that mother from the working person that I was,” Cuthbert said during an appearance on the show. “Today” program on NBC. “So, when we had our second round, I felt like I needed to be home with the kids and I enjoyed every minute.”

“Every Year After” is Cuthbert’s first major acting gig following 2022’s “Bandid,” in which she starred with Mel Gibson.

This traditional residence is 2,109 square feet and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Design details include an open chef’s kitchen and dining area.
