Cypress, Texas (KTRK) — There’s still time to join ABC13 and Disney in making the holidays magical for Houston area kids by supporting Disney’s ultimate driving game Now until December 24th.
This annual drive raises toy donations for the U.S. Marine Corps’ Toys for Tots program, an enduring partnership that began with Walt Disney himself more than 75 years ago.
In 1947, Walt Disney and his animators designed the original Toys for Tots train logo that is still used today.
Since that time, Disney has donated millions of toys to families across the United States
During the drive, Sergeant Kevin Padilla and Sergeant Juan Garcia volunteered at the Disney Store inside the Houston Premium Outlets to greet families and help deliver a final push of toys to children in need.
Even though the in-store collection has ended, you can still donate a game online at DisneyStore.com/ToyDrive Until December 24, 2025.
Additionally, The Walt Disney Company announced that it will once again give away 5,000 toys to Toys for Tots in Houston.
