(Crohn) – Facavel man faces up to three decades in prison for sexual exploitation of a girl under the legal age that escaped from the home.
Federal prosecutors said that Michael Keith Rubino, 37, from Fakafil, acknowledged that he was guilty of the sexual exploitation of the minor on August 21.
Robino’s investigation began in November 2024, when the victim went to the hospital. The Fakafel Police Administration said that the fleeing girl was homeless for two weeks before Robino approached her and offered her to allow her to live in his home in the place of Barala.
“Once he arrived at his home, Mr. Robino threatened the girl with violence if she tried to leave and began to force her to engage in sexual acts with him. He also facilitated her attractive sexual acts with his friends and got the payment to do so.”
The girl lived in Robino’s house for six weeks in late 2024, according to prosecutors. During that time, he used his iPhone to record videos for himself involved in sexually explicit behavior with the girl, the prosecutors said.
VPD said he claimed that he had planned to post online videos to earn money.
The US Prosecutor’s Office in the Eastern Province at the Court of Sexual Exploitation at the Court of Sexual Exploitation at the Federal Sexual Court of Sexual said.
The US provincial judge in the United States will be sentenced to Robino on November 11. He faces a sentence of at least 15 years of prison for 15 years and a 30 -year -old sentence in prison.
