Jordan Chiles is on cloud nine. The Olympic champion gymnast recorded her first perfect 10 of the season, and her Olympic teammate Suni Lee couldn’t help but react in astonishment.
Chiles is representing the UCLA Bruins in collegiate gymnastics. This is the final season for the 24-year-old as a collegiate gymnast.

Lee couldn’t help but post her reaction on her Instagram story. The gymnast wrote in the caption:
“WWWWooooowwww!”
Chiles is aiming to end her collegiate career on a golden high with an NCAA title under her belt. The national finals for the NCAA Championships will be held in Fort Worth, Texas, on April 16 and April 18.
Jordan Chiles’ Targets For Current Season
Chiles delivered historic victories for the UCLA Bruins in the 2025 season. After returning to collegiate gymnastics in 2025 following a break for the Paris Olympics, the 24-year-old gymnast played a crucial role in bringing home the Bruins’ maiden Big Ten Conference title.
Chiles also shone individually at the NCAA Championships, winning an individual gold medal in the uneven bars. Unfortunately, she missed out on the NCAA title by a whisker, as the Bruins finished second overall. The Oklahoma Sooners won the NCAA title, while the Missouri Tigers clinched third place.

While the 24-year-old gymnast hasn’t ruled out a return to elite gymnastics in time for the upcoming 2028 Los Angeles Olympics, Chiles’ primary focus remains the 2026 NCAA Championships.
The UCLA Bruins have won seven NCAA titles, but their most recent championship came in 2018. In 2019, they qualified for the final round for the last time, after which they waited six years to return to the finals.
Chiles hopes to avoid repeating last season’s shortcomings and aims to deliver a much-deserved NCAA title to the Bruins after seven years.
