Prosecutors have reportedly charged Kelly Dodd with engaging in revenge porn and she faces prison time.
The “Real Housewives of Orange County” alum has been accused of sharing footage of a female having sex and masturbating without her consent, according to court documents. Obtained by TMZ Wednesday.
Dodd, 50, allegedly recorded the footage without the person’s consent. Prosecutors allege she shared the photos in August 2025, causing the victim — listed as Jane Doe in court documents — to suffer severe emotional distress.
The prosecution also alleges that Dodd called the person and threatened to harm her, her property and her family.
Page Six reached out to Dodd for comment but did not receive an immediate response.
The revenge porn allegations aren’t the only legal troubles the reality star faces. The outlet also reported that she is facing a separate battery charge for an alleged incident in June 2025 with a different person.
She now faces three misdemeanor charges and possible jail time, according to TMZ.
Dodd did not mention the allegations on her social media on Wednesday, although she promoted a workout tank top and pickleball outfit on her Instagram.
Dodd appeared on Bravo’s “RHOC” for five seasons, from 2016-2021.
She has been married to former Fox News correspondent Rick Leventhal since October 2020. Leventhal is Dodd’s third husband – she was previously married to Michael Dodd from 2006 to 2018 (with whom she has her daughter, Julie), and Scott Silva from 2001 to 2004.
Last November, a leaked voicemail message to her 19-year-old daughter went viral, in which she reprimanded Jolie for allegedly “blocking” her.
In a voicemail she sent via a friend to Jolie, Dodd threatened to release recordings she claimed were of Jolie screaming at her father because he wouldn’t take her on vacation or buy her a car. She also criticized her second husband, calling him a “loser”, and accused Jolie of siding with him, although the original fight she was referring to was not clear.
“You’re going to look like a fool, you stupid little girl. You’re stupid, well, even for thinking you’re going to win,” she was heard telling her daughter, adding: “I’m sorry you have a mental illness.”
Dodd later admitted to “yelling” at Jolie via voicemail and said it stemmed from an alleged incident that occurred months earlier on the Fourth of July, but she defended herself in a TikTok video.
“Just remember when you hear other people going out and spreading false information and attacking me with harmful innuendos, consider the source and their agenda,” she said.
