Anything for a little support, right?
For those who haven’t been blessed with a major bulge, there’s a new, somewhat terrifying, procedure that can fix that.
While men have had several different options for enhancing their manhood, a new offering from a New Jersey urologist claims it has immediate results and lasts longer — but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t come with some horrific side effects.
Dr. Stuart Diamond is a penis expert in his own right.
He’s the doctor behind the Diamond XL 360, a procedure that uses fillers to increase jaw circumference. Now, he’s taking things a step further by using fillers from a dead donor’s stomach fat to get better outcomes for his patients.
Patients who undergo this procedure will allegedly maintain their Johnson’s size for several years longer than traditional fillers, which are said to only last up to six months.
While proper protocol, such as decellularization, must be followed when taking remaining fat from a deceased so that it is not rejected by the living body into which it is injected, the FDA has not technically approved this.
Do you use your own fat to be injected into other places on your body to enhance it? certainly.
But taking it from a deceased person to inject it into your penis? Not much, which means it is an “off-label” procedure and not yet approved because the FDA has not approved any penis enlargement procedure yet.
Dr. Diamond will soon be offering free treatments to a few guinea pigs in their 40s or older so he can monitor their results.
If all goes well, anyone in the Tri-state area looking for a small volume increase will be able to schedule the procedure with Diamond at his New Jersey office.

For those brave enough to volunteer, it’s important to note that side effects can range from mild bruising and swelling to palpable lumps and irregularities to possible deformity and penile dysfunction, according to Sulaiman Beauty Center and National Library of Medicine.
It’s not known how much the Diamond XL 360 2.0 will cost, but considering other surgeons charge $10,000 to $20,000 for regular filler injections, this would cost a pretty penny.
