HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) – The Harris County Sheriff’s Office said it has identified a man allegedly connected to the shooting death of his friend in early November.
The Homicide and Major Offenders Unit is searching for 44-year-old Jose Aaron Henriquez. The suspect is said to have two warrants out for his arrest, including murder and DWI with a child under 15 years old.
According to HCSO, Henriquez is said to be connected to a homicide last month at a mobile home on West Canino Drive.
At about 2 a.m., deputies found a man shot and two other witnesses who were unharmed, officials said. Henriquez reportedly lived in the house on and off. Before the shooting, HCSO said there was an altercation between Henriquez and the victim.

Henriquez fled the scene a short time later.
According to a release from HCSO, the suspect is described as a white male who is 5-foot-8 and weighs 200 pounds.
HCSO says he also has two prior convictions for illegally carrying a weapon.
He is considered armed and dangerous and is known to be in the Aldine or Airlines area of north Houston, officials said.
Law enforcement authorities urge anyone who comes into contact with him to be extremely careful. Any information regarding Henriquez’s whereabouts is asked to be reported to the HCSO Homicide Unit at 713-274-9100.
