Brooke Baldwin is opening up about her sex life in a startlingly candid way – declaring that she’s “pretty good” in bed, revealing that four different men recently tried to sleep with her and insisting that casual sex was “very much on the table” before she rejected them all.
The former CNN anchor, 47 years old, made surprising confessions In a Substack post published over the weekendShe wrote that she recently joined a dating app and found herself receiving the attention of four men — including one who “used to run a country,” another who “literally flew in just to take me to dinner,” and a third she described simply as “hot.”
“Bottom line? ‘I’m flattered,'” Baldwin wrote first before catching up herself.
“Wait. Am I???”
“That’s old Brock, I just want to be chosen. No. I’m not flattered. I’m… not surprised. There. That’s the truth.”
The veteran broadcaster, who was previously married to British producer James Fletcher before filing for divorce in 2023, said she eventually rejected all four men despite describing herself as someone who enjoys sex.
“What did you do?” Baldwin wrote. “I rejected them all. Every single one.”
“And you all know…I love sex. If I’m so bold, I’m very good at it.”
She added that she had previously written that “sex to me is like oxygen” and said she was upfront that she was “not looking for a serious relationship at the moment.”
“Do you have casual sex? It’s something that’s on the table. I’ve thought about it a lot,” she wrote.
“It can be empowering. It will almost certainly be fun. And I’m a grown woman with choices.”
However, Baldwin said she decided not to sleep with any of the men because she wanted to devote her energy to what she described as a greater goal.
“In this particular season of my life, I care so much about what I’m building that I let my energy spread in dozens of directions,” she wrote, describing that philosophy in one word: “leaky.”
“It’s not a punishment. It’s protection. Protecting the life I’m trying to build.”
She also revealed that she thought she would get married this year before the relationship ended.
“Six months ago, I thought I was going to marry someone this year (and I was excited about it),” Baldwin wrote. “Heartbreak has its own timeline.”
The former news anchor said she briefly rejoined a dating app after deleting it within days on a previous attempt.
Part of her profile described her as a “serial monogamist… but she’s taken a break from that for the first time in my life.”
The post is the latest deeply personal essay from Baldwin, who has increasingly used her subgenre to document her life since leaving CNN in 2021.
Earlier this month, Baldwin revealed for the first time that she believes she was sexually assaulted after two older men put something in her drink during a spring break trip to Los Angeles when she was 21.

Baldwin wrote that she felt the producer subjected her to “manipulation” and “bullying” while saying he sometimes stopped communicating with her during the live broadcast.
Baldwin claimed that Zucker rejected her request and that the dispute represented “the beginning of the end.” She later claimed that her lawyers negotiated the exit after her agent told her that “Jeff wants me out,” allowing her to announce her departure on her own show.
