Darrell Sheets, ‘Storage Wars’ star known as ‘The Gambler,’ dies at 67, reports say

Darryl Sheets, best known as a cast member on the reality TV series “Storage Wars,” has died at the age of 75. He was 67 years old.

Sheets was found dead at his home in Lake Havasu, Arizona, early Wednesday morning.

According to multiple media reports, police officers who arrived at the scene said the apparent cause of death was suicide. An official cause is expected to be determined after an investigation by the Mohave County Medical Examiner’s Office.

Sheets, who was known by the nickname “The Gambler,” appeared regularly on the TV show “Storage Wars,” which followed entrepreneurial buyers of abandoned storage units in Southern California, hoping to find valuable items that could then be sold for a profit.

Marie Badian, one of the show’s co-stars, was among those who took to social media to express their sadness and condolences after learning of his death.

“Some people become part of a chapter in your life that you never forget,” Badian said He wrote in the caption of the photo That showed her and leaves. “We’ll miss you Daryl.”
