The 2025 WTA Finals festivities kicked off in grand fashion as top tennis stars Amanda Anisimova, Aryna Sabalenka, and Elena Rybakina dazzled at the tournament’s official gala on the eve of competition. Players stepped out in style ahead of the season-ending event.

The glamorous evening, held just before play begins on November 1, served as a curtain-raiser for one of women’s tennis’ biggest stages. Before the on-court intensity began, players took a moment to enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere at the WTA Finals gala.
Anisimova gave fans a peek behind the scenes on Instagram Stories, sharing a snapshot of herself getting ready for the big night and another showing a cheerful selfie with her team.
Meanwhile, Sabalenka, the current World No. 1, also shared her evening look on Instagram Stories, followed by a candid dinner photo featuring her boyfriend, entrepreneur Georgios Frangulis, and her team.



Rybakina posted a solo shot from the gala, showing off her sleek and elegant outfit. Doubles stars Veronika Kudermetova and Katerina Siniaková also posted pictures of their glamorous appearances during the celebration.



What Does the Draw Look Like for the WTA Finals Singles and Doubles?
The singles field is divided into two groups named in honor of tennis icons Steffi Graf and Serena Williams, while the doubles draw paid tribute to legends Martina Navratilova and Liezel Huber. In the singles competition, top seed Sabalenka leads the Steffi Graf Group, joined by American standouts Coco Gauff and Jessica Pegula, along with Italy’s Jasmine Paolini.
The Serena Williams Group, meanwhile, is headlined by 2023 WTA Finals champion Iga Świątek, Anisimova, Rybakina, and Madison Keys, completing the field.

In doubles, Sara Errani and Jasmine Paolini top the Martina Navratilova Group, featuring Veronika Kudermetova and Elise Mertens, Hsieh Su-Wei and Jelena Ostapenko, and the team of Asia Muhammad and Demi Schuurs.
The Liezel Huber Group includes Katerina Siniaková and Taylor Townsend, Gabriela Dabrowski and Erin Routliffe, Mirra Andreeva and Diana Shnaider, and Timea Babos with Luisa Stefani. Each team and player will battle through a round-robin format, with the top two from each group advancing to the semifinals.
