A A fireworks recall has been issued That could tip over, posing a risk of serious injury from an explosion and a burn risk, according to consumer safety officials.
The recall was issued Thursday by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission for the Unity 7 Shot 200 Gram Aerial Cake Fireworks Device.
The fireworks were sold in red, white, and blue and weighed about a third of a pound. The size is 2.9 inches by 2.9 inches by 3.9 inches.
The box the fireworks were sold in had a red, white and blue label with the word “Unity” written on it. The poster has images of American flags in the background.
Date codes between 03.16.2026 and 05.18.2026 and model number MEF6096 are located below the barcode on the back of the package.
A recall has been issued for Unity 7 Shot 200 Gram Aerial Cake fireworks devices due to the risk of serious injury from explosions or burns.

Officials urged buyers to stop using fireworks immediately and return them to the store where they were purchased for a full refund. Consumers will receive their refund in cash or their original method of payment.
While no injuries due to fireworks have been reported, officials are still urging consumers to return the product.
Winco Fireworks International, LLC, based in Grandview, Missouri, is the manufacturer of the fireworks, and the product was sold at Pyro City stores and other independent fireworks stores nationwide between January 2026 and May 2026 for between $6 and $8.
