Knicks Wing Josh Hart Shoots Down Report of Invite to Travis Kelce-Taylor Swift Wedding

On Wednesday, Page Six’s Carlos Greer reported that the championship-winning New York Knicks’ entire starting lineup had been invited to the wedding.

However, when Knicks reserve forward Jeremy Sochan reacted to the news and asked guard Josh Hart to be his plus-one at the event, Hart revealed the truth.

“lol bro this fake news,” Hart wrote on X, shooting down the rumor.

Swift attended Game 4 of the NBA Finals and is apparently a big Knicks fan, so the initial report seemed to make sense. The superstar musician celebrated the Knicks’ 29-point comeback victory in the epic game at Madison Square Garden, just before closing out the series with a Game 5 road win to bring New York its first NBA title in 53 years.

Kelce and Swift’s wedding will be held at Madison Square Garden on July 3, with preparations entering overdrive during the week. According to CNN, the couple will hold their rehearsal dinner at the venue tonight and the ceremony the following day.

The CNN report estimates that the lavish wedding, which will have 1,000 guests, could cost between $10 million and $20 million. This despite the fact that Kelce and Swift already tied the knot in Nashville earlier this week, according to Page Six’s Sara Nathan, Mara Siegler and Jeanette Settembre.

“Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have already wed ahead of their big Madison Square Garden bash, multiple sources exclusively tell Page Six,” the report read. “The superstar and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, who have donated $26 million to charity before their lavish celebrations, are believed to officially be Mr. and Mrs. Kelce after saying ‘I do’ in private.

“Although they will throw a huge party for more than 1,000 friends and family at MSG on Friday, following a rehearsal dinner for 100 people on Thursday, we are told the couple have already exchanged vows in front of a tiny group of loved ones. A well-placed music insider based in Nashville said the city is abuzz that the couple ‘already got legally married.’”

The report further states that Swift’s private jet picked up the couple’s family members in various cities on Sunday, before landing in Nashville, where the ceremony was held.
