Mariposa, California – Welcome to the great outdoors with a cozy touch. Camping at Wildhaven attracts campers of all levels to enjoy a relaxing experience without the hassle of pitching a tent.
“I’ve been camping and hiking all my life, and I moved to San Francisco and saw the pace of life among my friends and people I met. They said they were very nervous and I knew they needed to experience the nature I grew up in, but they didn’t know how to do it. They didn’t have the equipment or the time and they didn’t know where to go… So my business partner and I realized we had to start a great business that made it easier for people Get outdoors, but it has to be comfortable, easy, and fun, too,” said Ken Barber, co-founder and owner of Wildhaven Glamping.
Camping at Wildhaven means there are safari-style tents and cabin options for visitors to choose their level of comfort. Guests can enjoy clean, spacious accommodations without a car loaded with gear in the back – while nature still reigns supreme.
“Our guests tell us they want nature in their luxury experience. They don’t want it to be sanitized too much, but they still need comfort. We have heated mattress pads, electricity, and USB chargers for your phone,” Barber added.
Wildhaven Yosemite offers a plethora of activities for hikers to experience. Hiking trails, yoga classes with a view, and toasties are just some of the options guests will choose from. There are an abundance of attractions nearby too.
“We are only 45 minutes from the entrance gate to the national park and we have a shuttle station nearby. You can get in easily. There is nothing like Yosemite National Park in the whole world, it is so beautiful. I think everyone needs to see it.”
Wildhaven offers a second location that camping enthusiasts can visit in Sonoma County, California.
