Los Angeles Sharif’s murder investigators are asking to help the audience in identifying a 21 -year -old Lanai Ariana Des, who was found dead in her car after crashing in South Los Angeles late last year.
Representatives responded at approximately 12:40 am on November 17, 2024, to the 2000 building from West Center after reports of shooting, according to the Los Angeles Province Department. When they arrived, Los Angeles police officers were already at the scene, as they initially responded to what was reported as a traffic collision. The officers found the driver’s seat for the Mercedes-Benz white car that collided with a concrete institution. She had suffered a gunshot and declared her death at the scene.
In 2024, her family described her family as a nice and loving young woman. Her brother, Jordan Dies, told KTLA shortly after the killing as a “meaningless tragedy” and asked anyone who has information to progress.
Jordan said in 2024: “She was a great person. She was very sweet and very nice,” Jordan said in 2024.

Almost a year later, the investigators released a picture of an unlimited person and urges to help the public in determining their identity. The authorities did not provide a motivation to shoot or details about the photographer.
“She did not deserve what happened to her at all,” Jordan said at that time. “Please help. Please contact the police, call me if you know me … if you know anything, please do not be silent, because we have to get the person who did that.
