DENVER (KDVR) — Colorado will see scattered showers in higher elevation areas on Friday as Denver metro weather sees cloudy skies with moderate highs.
Today’s weather: cloudy and comfortable
The weather on Friday will be partly cloudy in most parts of the state, with rain remaining at high altitudes. Denver will reach highs in the mid 70s with a slight chance of showers in the evening hours.
Tonight’s weather: moderate and cloudy
Clouds will continue tonight, keeping overnight low temperatures in the lower 50s. The winds will remain light tonight, with the possibility of light rain in the mountains.

Looking Ahead: Intermittent showers, and a slight chill
There will still be plenty of clouds on Saturday with scattered showers remaining over the mountains where the frontal area could see some showers as well. Highs on Saturday remain moderate in the mid-70s with light winds. Sunday brings some partial clearing to round out the weekend as highs reach the mid 70s. There is a chance of some light rain and even snow in the mountains on Sunday.

Monday will feel like fall with cooler highs in the mid 60s and a mix of sun and clouds. Tuesday returns with mainly sunny skies and high temperatures reaching the 70 degree mark. Wednesday will feature mostly sunny skies and moderate highs in the lower 70s. There are more seasonally average temperatures in the upper 60s here on Thursday with a mix of sun and clouds.
