Proveau, Utah – A 22 -year -old lawyer asked a 22 -year -old accused of killing Charlie Kerk from the judge on Monday for more time to review the amount of great evidence in the case before deciding whether the defense would seek a preliminary hearing.
A preliminary hearing will be determined if there is sufficient evidence against Tyler Robinson to move forward. The defendants can give up this step, but the newly appointed Robinson’s lawyer Catherine Nyster said that her team does not intend to do so.
Public Prosecutors in Utah Robinson were accused of strict killing and planning to search for the death penalty.

The defense and the prosecution admitted in a short hearing on Monday that the amount of evidence owned by the prosecutors is “tremendous”. Robinson was not present at the session and appeared by sound from prison at the request of the defense team.
Judge Tony Graph set the next session on October 30.
Defense attorneys of Robinson and prosecutors at the office of Utah County lawyer refused to comment after Monday’s session. This happened in Proveau, just a few miles away from the campus of the University of Utah Valley in Orim, where many students are still treating shock from shooting on September 10 and searched today and a half for the suspect.
The authorities arrested Robinson when he appeared with his parents in the office of Sharif, his hometown in southwestern Utah, that is, more than three hours drive from the shooting site, to surrender himself. Prosecutors have since revealed text messages that condemn the DNA evidence that they say links Robinson to death.

Gray also said that Robinson wrote in a text on Kirk to his partner: “I had enough hatred.”
The assassination of Kirk, a close ally of President Donald Trump, who worked to direct young voters towards the conservatives, has motivated Republicans who pledged Kirk’s mission of moving US policy more.
Trump announced that Kirk is a “martyr” for freedom and threatened to crack for what he called “the radical left”.
Workers were punished throughout the United States or shot them to talk about Kirk after his death, including teachers, public and private employees and media figures – especially Jimmy Kimmel, whose width was late at night by ABC.
The Kirk Political Organization, based in Arizona, brought young and evangelical Christians to politics through the social media podcast and university campus. Many prominent Republicans in the upcoming campus events that Kirk planned to attend, including the governor of Utah Spencer Coxs and Senator Mike Li at Utah State University on Tuesday.
