Chaos, confrontation and alleged election fraud in LA

A political activist’s attempt to expose a fraud while covering events on the streets of Los Angeles erupts into chaos when he and his crew get into a violent confrontation that is captured on video.

Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe and members of his team were shown approaching a pair of men on Skid Row and accusing them of voter fraud.

O’Keefe was filming a series of investigations in Los Angeles, but his latest attempt quickly escalated when the cameraman was punched in the face and neck. Others were injured by pepper spray, forcing the group to disperse and flee the area.

“My team, Cam Higbee, and I were violently assaulted on Skid Row, the camera crew was punched in the neck and face, and we were pepper sprayed, but luckily we just escaped. Some members of our team had to run 10 blocks to get out,” O’Keefe wrote on social media.

“We were in the heart of Skid Row confronting petitioners who @Savsays and my team caught on tape illegally offering drugs to sign ballots. Please share this video to understand what we are up against,” he added.

O’Keefe photographed A Video released earlier this week He shows himself up on Skid Row under the guise of a homeless person. He saw people signing an election-related petition and receiving money, which is illegal in California.

The petitioners also suggested to at least one homeless person that they forge his address and sign him as “Pinocchio Lane.”

In this video, individuals can be heard on camera talking about pay-per-signature and suggesting that people use inaccurate addresses. Some clips also suggest offering cigarettes, cash or even drugs in exchange for autographs.

The footage captures multiple interactions that the group claims indicate broader misconduct related to the petition efforts.

Officials acknowledged the video, with a federal prosecutor indicating that potential election law violations would be taken seriously, though no specific investigation has been confirmed.

Project Veritas, known for undercover videos exposing alleged misconduct, also released footage alleging election-related fraud, though officials say no widespread illegal activity has been found.
