Bozoma “Boz” Saint John is responding after Sarah Michelle Gellar didn’t hold back about The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
After the actress recently called the current season “boring,” Boz defended the show — and made it clear that not all drama has to be loud to be real.
“Here’s the thing: There has to be moments where you get deep, and sometimes that depth doesn’t require a lot of action,” Boz told Page Six.
According to her, what viewers are seeing this season reflects real life — not just surface-level conflict.
“Our lives are really real,” she explained. “There’s a lot of drama going on. That doesn’t necessarily mean conflict between us, but it is drama within each of our individual lives.”

“You gotta allow space for that.”
Sarah, however, had a very different take.
During an appearance on Page Six Radio, she was asked if she was enjoying the season — and didn’t hesitate.
“No. I think it’s boring!” she said.
While she praised the cast — including Boz, Rachel Zoe, Kathy Hilton, and Jennifer Tilly — she still felt the overall storyline was lacking.
“It’s just picking up now!” she admitted, calling the season “slow.”
She also singled out newcomer Amanda Frances, making her opinion crystal clear.
“I don’t think she’s polarizing; I just don’t think anyone enjoys her,” Sarah said.
She added, “If you choose to go on this show, then you have to be ready to open yourself up and be honest, and I feel like she missed that memo.”
With Boz defending the slower, more personal storytelling and Sarah calling it flat, it’s clear not everyone is on the same page when it comes to this season of RHOBH.
