The Golden State Warriors appear to have a strong chance of signing LeBron James.
According to Calci, the Warriors have 32.8% odds of being the next four-time NBA champion team.

The Warriors have been on an upward trajectory in the James sweepstakes in recent days, sitting at 20 percent on July 7 compared to the Cavaliers’ 54 percent.
It’s not clear why, but several employees from Golden State have commented on the 41-year-old’s free agency process.
James’ agent Rich Paul also discussed the veteran joining the Warriors on his podcast on Friday.
Earlier this summer, the 41-year-old informed the Los Angeles Lakers that he would not return for the 2026-2027 season. The biggest story of the offseason began when James hit free agency.
After eight straight seasons with the Lakers, the NBA’s all-time leading scorer will explore his options on the market.
The majority of teams in the league have reached out to James through his agent, but since he announced to the Lakers on June 30, there has been nothing but speculation about where he will go.

What is publicly known is that James is looking for complete happiness in basketball at the end of his career. He can certainly find that in the Gulf.
Aside from being a well-run organization, the Warriors presented an opportunity to team up with Steph Curry again before James hung up his jersey.
Curry and James were teammates for the first time in their careers at the 2024 Paris Olympics, but it was on the outside.
James certainly seems to be considering joining Curry stateside with the Warriors – or at least Kalce seems to think so.
