New England Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel’s alleged relationship with former NFL reporter Dianna Russini has dominated the NFL offseason. It has produced various photos, leaked details, and public fallout that overshadowed much of the league’s on-field storylines.
However, Vrabel’s job is safe, and so is his bond with his wife, Jen. On Friday, the couple was spotted heading to Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s star-studded wedding at Madison Square Garden.

The Kelce-Swift’s wedding celebration at Madison Square Garden has drawn roughly 1,000 guests, including a heavy NFL presence. The confirmed attendees include Patrick Mahomes, Chris Jones, George Karlaftis, Andy Reid, George Kittle, his wife Claire, Kyle Juszczyk, Kareem Hunt, Cooper Kupp, Mecole Hardman, and JuJu Smith-Schuster.
Vrabel’s presence at the wedding follows one of the most scrutinized offseasons of any NFL coach in recent memory. Despite months of speculation, he has stood firm, focusing solely on his family and football.
Jen attending the Kelce-Swift wedding alongside him is a significant message about where things stand between them, despite all the outside noise.

In the video shared by Page Six, Vrabel was seen wearing a tuxedo for the wedding, while Jen wore a blue dress, and the couple looked in good spirits while heading to MSG.

In April, Page Six published photos of Vrabel and Russini hugging and holding hands at an adults-only resort in Sedona, Arizona. Both initially downplayed the images, but the story only grew from there. Page Six later also published photos showing the pair allegedly kissing at a New York City bar in 2020.

TMZ then obtained video of Vrabel and Russini on the dock of a private boat rental company in Putnam County, Tennessee, in June 2021, when Russini was pregnant with her first child.
The fallout led Vrabel to skip the third day of the 2026 NFL Draft to seek counseling with his family. Given his appearance with his wife today, it appears things are fine between them.
As for Russini, she resigned from The Athletic on April 14 after the outlet opened an internal investigation into her reporting. However, she appears to be on good terms with her husband, Kevin Goldschmidt, as the pair was photographed kissing outside their New Jersey home on Mother’s Day.
The Athletic’s investigation into Russini’s journalism is ongoing, and for now, the NFL world is waiting for it to conclude and for Russini to break her public silence.
