No injuries were reported, but fire officials said the incident led Massachusetts State Police investigators to become suspicious. After inspecting the scene, interviewing witnesses, and collecting additional evidence, they concluded that the fire had been set intentionally.

Monterey police and state police investigators began searching for Rohan, searching the wooded area behind his home and areas of nearby Beartown State Forest. They have not found him yet and are now asking the public to be on the lookout, according to the Department of Fire Services.

Rohan may have been wearing a green jacket and shoes, according to fire officials. Anyone who sees him or knows his whereabouts is asked to immediately call 911 and not approach him.
