An 18-wheeler carrying a load too long to fit in its trailer prompted police to shut down I-10 near downtown Houston on Tuesday.
TranStar cameras showed the 18-wheeler parked on the eastbound lanes of the eastbound Katy Expressway near Hogan Street with a very long load on its trailer that appeared to be very long.
Cameras later showed police stopping traffic on eastbound I-10 to escort the 18-wheeler the wrong way down the highway.
Authorities later allowed eastbound traffic to pass while they continued to escort the 18-wheeler off the highway, according to Transtar images.
