New York — Nobody does Halloween like “Live!”
From Labubus to “Severance,” “Love Island,” “The Fantastic Four,” Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, and just about everything in between, “Live’s Halloween Show: It’s Trending” won the day, and so did the studio audience, with their most creative costume contest yet!
“Our audience won. We had without a doubt the best audience,” he told Live! Co-hosts Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos.
Ripa and Consuelos said the “birth” costume was their favorite.
“Maybe because we’ve done this before, so it feels familiar,” Ripa said.
This year’s Halloween show was the first in their new studio.
The hosts photographed so many costumes and characters they couldn’t count them.
“I have no idea. We lost track,” Ripa and Consuelos said.
Executive producer Michael Gelman said his favorite group is the Fantastic Four.
“The lapopo was pretty hot. The speedo was a little cold, and it was a little cold in the studio,” he said.
The grand prize winner was a dumpster diver who would receive an eight-day cruise on the Danube River, worth $15,000.
Ripa and Consuelos said they are already working on next year’s show.
