MVT investigators conducted monitoring and found the stolen car again near the Boggs Place and Press Road intersection, near Fountain and South Union Boulevard. The investigators called three people: the driver, the 25 -year -old Tiana Quinn, two passengers, Mandy Lee Miller, 26, and 55 -year -old Edwards.
According to CSPD, Quinn and Miller were accused of stealing cars, and Edwards had multiple orders to arrest them. CSPD stated that Queen is the perpetrator of the convicted car theft. The three were transferred to the Criminal Justice Center for Reservation.
